How can I secure a flight date?

What are your prices?
Contact Us for pricing for your particular project. We will need a credit card pre-authorization for the estimated billing of the job.
What do you mean by “flight weight”?
Your flight weight is your body weight including all clothing, camera equipment, and personal cargo such as a computer bag or purse.
Do you have to shut down the helicopter before we get in or out of it?
While we prefer to have all passengers load and unload while the aircraft is shut down, some missions require quick transitions between loads and passengers will be moving around an operating aircraft. If this is required, you will receive a safety briefing prior to your flight that instructs you specifically on how to do this. Please listen carefully, as these instructions are very important to your safety. A ground crew member will supervise ALL missions requiring hot loads/unloads (rotors turning).
Are children allowed in the helicopter?
Well-behaved children 2 years and older are welcome in our helicopter under adult supervision.
